Dr. Brian Williams is a 1991 graduate who has a message for you all! In this episode, he discussed his drastic transition from an Air Force Engineer to a Trauma Surgeon treating police officers ambushed by a sniper on July 7, 2016. He touched on his passions pertaining to the black community to include his podcast titled “Race, Violence, and Medicine.”

The spectacular Kathryn Smith ’82 blessed the Prolific Figures Family with her presence during Episode #5. She is a mom, lawyer, patriot, and servant leader.  Here, she shares her hilarious struggles in basic swimming as well as how she persevered her most discouraging moments at USAFA. She gives advice to aspiring lawyers and a public announcement as to why we should all participate in our democracy. Kathryn proudly proclaims service and giving back is an obligation and it is what she does!
